Elaine has a wide variety of experience and is our event specialist, delivering and managing promotions to support any event. This includes, PR, competitions and media buying.

Elaine previously worked at the BBC for 11 years, where amongst many interesting jobs, she was PA to Terry Wogan.

With over 15 years background, in Media in Kent and Event Management, her knowledge and experience are a real asset within Big Plan Group.

Penny Williams

With her roots in broadcast media, Penny is a leading media expert in the Kent market place with previous positions as Managing Director of Invicta Radio Group (now Heart Kent) and latterly as Associate Director, Head of Marketing at the KM Group.

She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of and a keen interest in understanding the customer journey through Market Research and Strategic Planning.

Penny founder of Big Plan Group has created a vision of a leading Kent Marketing Agency made up of top specialist consultants who come together to meet client's requirements.

Extensive experience of large outdoor events with previous experience as Operations and Marketing Director of the Party in the Park series of concerts in the regions at Capital Radio Group.

A Kent Ambassador, Kent Foundation Mentor, IOD Kent Executive Committee Member and Corporation Board member of Canterbury College, she is an active member of the Kent community.

Penny's is also currently working at the charity Kenward Trust as Chief Executive Officer.

She also co-hosts the UK Brand Show which discusses the latest thinking in Marketing, PR and growing a brand and broadcasts weekly on Channel Radio.

Diana has over 15 years experience in the marketing profession and prior to that, 10 years in the sales industry. She worked for various media owners in sales and promotions roles, radio and press being the main areas, then went to sales and account management in the travel industry and it is here where her interest in marketing was sparked.

Her marketing experience has mainly been in the travel industry working for Blue Chip Company P&O Ferries across many areas of marketing for the UK and Europe, such as brand proposition, customer retention and acquisition, sales promotions, commercial strategy, media buying, agency management and budget delivery.

Experience:
Brand Guardianship/Awareness

Strategic planning – Objective setting, strategic planning, Budget setting and achievement

Management – from PR, direct mail, brochures, Press advertising, Radio campaigns, Promotions, Sponsorship, Acquisition and Retention of customers and also agency partners.

Sales:  With both client and media sales experience, Diana provides an excellent standard of account management as she is very commercially aware and understands the needs from the client perspective as well as delivery.

When Rob’s not sat in front of his Macs getting square eyes he’ll either be out flying his power kite, riding and grinding the half pipes aggressive inline style, running, in the gym… or when weather (or country) permitting riding his snowboard down a very large slope.

Lee is an internet marketer and SEO specialist. Originally working for a Small ISP and Webhost - learning the ins and outs of the technical aspects of digital marketing - he then, in his own words, become 'addicted' to Search Engine Optimisation, after seeing many website he worked on fly up to number #1 position on Google search.

SEO enables Lee to combine his two favourite passions - writing and technology. Nothing makes him more happy, than seeing a website, which was languishing on page 100, fly up to the first page.
